The difficulties of Amadablam Expedition and Island Peak Climbing depends on these common factors:
Our airport representative from Nepal Guide Treks and Expedition will be available 24 hours with your name card/ our company name card who will take you to your respective hotel.
Island Peak at 6,189 meters & Mt. Ama Dablam at 6,812 meters doesn't require oxygen cylinder and other medical equipment. But sometimes due to high altitude in case of an emergency our company will provide all the necessary equipment.
Our climbing guides are trained and certified by Nepal Mountaineering Association and Everest Summiteers Association who are born in Everest Region of Nepal and have bigger lungs as compared to of ours. It's their culture and job due to which they will make the journey safe and successful.
Amadablam and Island Peak is located inside Everest Region. Mount Amadablam having majestic pyramid-shaped with steep ice and ridge that makes difficult to climb and another hand, Island peak is less technical and challenging compared to Amadablam but a lot of crevasses on the way to the summit.
Things You Should Know?
We booked our climbing of Island Peak and Ama Dablam with Nepal Guide Treks and Expeditions. Everything was arranged properly and we had a team of very hardworking, cooperative and loyal Sherpa crew, who fed us with hygienic and healthy food and did all the hard work of carrying and fixing tents especially at higher camps.
Our climbing guide was Ang-Dawa Sherpa. Very wise and experienced climbers who knew the route very well and had a high level of technical climbing knowledge. Island Peak climbing was a good start for the more technically demanding Mount Ama Dablam.
We did a successful summit climb of both Island Peak and the majestic Amadablam !!! However, we recommend climbers to be extra careful when attempting Ama Dablam. It took a lot of effort for us to finally stand at the summit of Ama Dablam !!
We were extremely happy with the guidance of our leader Ang-Dawa, we would surely like to do more expedition trips with him and Nepal Guide Treks and Expedition in the near future. We enjoyed every moment of our expedition with NGT and its team.
Nepal Guide Treks and Expedition !! Strongly Recommended for an adventurous trip to Nepal !!
