When can I book your trip?
Our booking is open for all seasons (Spring, Autumn, Winter, Summer) but we requested those climbing and mountaineering, Spring and Autumn season is the best. You can choose your best climbing and mountaineering trips which you want to do and let us know. We always offer some fixed departure, which is always guaranteed and we also provide private trips as per your own time schedule. Climbing and mountaineering trips can be booked 3/4 weeks prior from the trip start date and serious climbing and expedition trips need to be booked a minimum 4 months prior to trip start date.

What are the payment policy and procedure for a trip booking?
As per our company’s rule and regulation, you need to send us 20% advance payment to be confirmed for general peak climbing but serious climbing needs to pay 50% through bank transfer, money transfer, online payment, credit card or whichever suitable for you.

What are the best seasons for climbing and mountaineering in Nepal?
Generally, Climbing and Mountaineering activities in Nepal has main 2 seasons- spring and autumn. But some climbing routes also can do in other seasons too. Check our individual package trips to find the best season and time for a particular trip.

How hard and tough is climbing in the Himalaya?
Nepal contains thousands of snow-covered peaks including the world’s highest mountain ranges. Its difficulty level is depending on which region you choose for climbing and mountaineering. We offer moderate climbing to adventurous, challenging and serious climbing trips in Nepal and Tibet. Each climber can choose their perfect packages from our website. We also can modify and customize the trips as per your choice too.

What type of insurance should I need to have before coming to Nepal? Can I get insurance there?
In case of any sickness, injury and unexpected accidents, we hardly prefer to have travel insurance. You cannot get travel insurance here in Nepal, we do not arrange for your personal insurance so you have to make it yourself in own country. All the package costs we provide you are excluded from your personal travel insurance. In some cases, if you are doing serious climbing and adventurous trekking trips in Nepal, if you get sick over there (either by high altitude or physical injury), on the spot we won’t have access to Hospital, need to rescue via helicopter, which is expensive and that only covers from your personal travel insurance. What will happen if one gets sick during Trekking and Climbing?
Well, obviously every single climber and trekker might get sick during trekking and climbing in Nepalese Himalayas. First of all, our trekking and climbing expert provide you with basic fundamentals and techniques not to be suffering from such sickness. In case of sickness, we do basic treatments, our guides and all staffs are well trained about the sickness and its primary treatments. Our guide carries some medical kits and it is also essential to keep basic medical kits yourself. If the sickness arises from high altitude, we have to get back to low altitude first. If the basic treatment does not work, and if you get more serious, we will immediately arrange a helicopter rescue to get back Kathmandu.

Is there any telephone accessibility on the route?
Some of the popular trekking routes are accessible to good tea house lodge as well as access to landline telephones, even our mobile phone also works. Apart from it, remote trekking trails and climbing routes, we will be out of telephone reachable. So in that case, we will provide your satellite phone. The charge of satellite phone would be excluded from the trip cost that you need to pay extra as per usages.

How long must walk every day on the treks and how long do we climb?
Generally, we need to walk 5-6 hours per day on average. We scientifically designed our itinerary and hours of walk, as per gaining of altitude. In high altitude, we do not have to walk fast and long. Same as climbing and on mountaineering, you climb slowly and happily make your perfect holiday with successful summit climbing.

At tea house lodge, the local cook makes hygienic foods as per your choice (can choose from menu) and during camping – our cook will prepare hygienic foods and serves you.

Are the foods & water in the lodges and camps hygienically standard?
Yes!!! Off course, foods are always hygienically prepared while you are in tea house lodge and tented camp. Most of the cooks in tea house lodge are trained and experienced, before preparing the meal they always check. Similarly, camping crew from Nepal guide treks and expedition team includes guide, Trekking/Climbing guides, porters, cooks and kitchen staffs. They all are well trained in their related works. While talking about drinking water, it is always treated by purification, filtered and boiled.

What does grading ( Moderate, Adventurous, Challenging and Serious ) mean?
Well, this is a good question. Generally we category types of trekking grade in terms of its difficulties level.
Moderate climbing: For the beginner who wants to climb mountains with little or without experience but Nepal Guide organized smooth and well-managed climbing.
Adventurous Climbing: Climbers who have little ice climbing experience to climb mountains in Nepal such as popular peak.
Challenging Climbing: Only for the experienced climber who already have mountaineering experience. adventurous, close from mountains, altitudes above 6500m. Best examples of challenging climbing are – Amadablam, Brauntase, Gangapurna etc.
Serious Climbing: This Climbing is very hard and technically difficult only for the climber who already conquer the 7000 m height Himalaya of Nepal. Expedition in Nepalese mountains, above 7500m and above mountains. -

Are your staffs fully equipped? What about their insurance?
It is very essential to have insurance for Trekking and climbing staffs insurance. Our all staffs are protected by the Nepalese insurance company. The cost you pay for any particular trip covers the cost of our staff’s insurance, foods and clothing – do not need to pay extra.
