Mr Prakash Chandra Devkota is not an unknown name to the people involved in the tourism sector. He is an enthusiastic tourism entrepreneur, keenly devoted to social work. A brilliant mind and hospitable nature are his foremost identity.
His long involvement in tourism has established him as a reputed personality in this business. Born in the remote hilly region of Nepal- Gorkha district he enters this industry as a guide in 1997. Due to his dedication and work, he has established himself in the business as a successful businessman in his career. He has collected a full experience to almost all trekking and climbing routes in Nepal, Tibet, India and Bhutan.
Mr Prakash Chandra Devkota is running this company with a new and innovative concept which is providing an international level of services all the way through excellent management. He has more than 15 years of experience in operating trekking & expedition trips in Nepal, Tibet, India and Bhutan.
He supports adventure and eco-tourism from his initial period in this profession and always motivate his staffs towards eco-friendly practices. He believes the tourism sector will eventually generate employment opportunity for the youth of Nepal to have sustainable development.
Sarala Adhikari (Devkota) managing the company. She has been associated with Nepal Guide Treks & Expedition since January 2009 as manager. She enjoys managing the NGT team in providing successful mountaineering service. She has an immense interest in mountaineering, writing, reading and travelling. She believes as life is a never-ending learning process “take each day as a new challenge and new hope of life”. She is proud of being associated with this company as getting the chance to popularize our beautiful country of Himalaya.
Mr Anjan Adhikari is the young, energetic and dedicated member of Nepal Guide Treks & Expedition Team. Originally from Chitwan district, he has been actively working with NGT for 9 years. His working experience covers the successive and excellent guest relationship for the company.
He had the working capacity, punctuality in work & friendly nature made him be successful in work. He can communicate in English, Japanese, Nepali and Hindi languages.
Ms. Pratina Devkota was raised in Chitwan, a beautiful city located in the Terai plains of Nepal. She joined Nepal Guide Treks & Expedition in July 2015 as a Travel Planner. Although a relatively new addition to the Nepal Guide Team, she has been involved in the sector since 2013. Thanks to her excellent working experience, she knows exactly what her guests expect out of their chosen adventure. It is, in fact, her extensive knowledge of Nepal’s tourism sector and her passion to contribute to the industry that makes her an invaluable addition to our wonderful team.
Achyut Pokharel is acting as HR. A college graduate in Human Resource Management, he is deeply passionate about Nepal’s tourism industry. He always keen to make clients happy, as we understand HR is the one makes the crew happy. Mr Pokharel has a lot of experience in the HR field. He is responsible for the recruiting capable and suitable candidate, training the newly hired employee. He is able to maintain to working culture and resolving the conflict as well as good at building connections with the employees. Mr Pokharel always thinking to serve the best and best for our clients.
Dendi Sherpa is originated and grew up from one of the mountain districts in Everest region of Nepal Solukhumbu. He has been working as a peak climbing and mountaineering guide since 1997 and associated with Nepal Guide Treks and Expedition since 2009. He has been implemented his interest to be expert in the mountaineering field since his childhood thus he started the profession when he was 16 and finally became a pro in the occupation. Personally, he is a highly knowledgeable, hardworking, friendly and helpful adventure lover individual in Nepal Guide Treks and Expedition Team.
Experiences: during his 20 years climbing period
Mountaineer NGANG DIRJI SHERPA has born in 1988-11-3 sangkhuwasava (Eastern Nepal). He started to work with “Nepal Guide Treks & Expedition P. Ltd since 2009. He is the technical skilled Climbing Sherpa (Guide), has successfully summited Mt Everest 3 times in 2010, 2011, 2013.
Experiences:
Lhakpa Rinji Sherpa was born in 1974, Solukhumbu District; a very beautiful bucolic place in a sherpa family. Solukhumbu is the birthplace of sherpa mountaineers, who had made many historical world records. He was also lucky to be from the same region. So, From his childhood, he has a keen interest in mountaineering and successfully climbed Mt. Everest and various ranges of Himalayas.
Ngawang Thile Sherpa, an expert climber born in 1980 at Solukhumbu District; a rustic place of many historical world recorder mountain climbers. He grew up seeing and climbing several mountain apexes. So, mountaineering is his passion, better to be called as his a professional profession now. From the very beginning of Nepal Guide Treks and Expedition, 2009 till date, he has successfully climbed several mountains.
Dawa will be instrumental in helping the Everest Freestyle Expedition do a grand traverse of Mount Everest in 2010. His efforts on the 2007 Everest Base Camp Trek…the 2008 Denali Freestyle Expedition…and the 2008 Secret Spot Tilman Trek…made for a truly unique experience for all…and perfect trips.
Thirty-eight-year-old Ang Dawa Sherpa was born in Solo Khumbu District, in Gorakhani, Khamding No 4, Nepal. Dawa is married with 2 children. He has a twelve-year-old girl (Lakpa Sherpa) and a six-year-old boy (Lakpa Gelu Sherpa) and spends as much time as he can with them…outside of his mountain guiding career. Dawa has an impressive list of ascents and frequency of ascents…including Everest, Ama Dalam and Cholotse.
Experience:
Sona Temba Sherpa a residence of Bung -09, Solukhumbu District has been working as a climbing guide before his early age of 22 years. He originated and grew up from one of the mountain districts in Everest region of Nepal Solukhumbu. He has been working as a peak climbing and mountaineering guide from 2013 to till date and associated with Nepal Guide Treks and Expedition. He has been implemented his interest to be expert in the mountaineering field since his childhood and finally became a pro in the occupation. Personally, he is a highly knowledgeable, hardworking, friendly and helpful adventure lover individual in Nepal Guide Treks and Expedition Team.
Dendi Sherpa from Solukhumbu Everest Region in Nepal. He is 38 years old and has more than 18 years experience in mountaineering and climbing section. Normally, Sherpa peoples are close to the mountain. In their vain, Mountaineering is their profession. One of them, Dendi Sherpa follow his father path to become a Climbing/Mountaineering guide. He joined with Nepal Guide Treks since 2009. He is a very strong person with immense knowledge of mountaineering, peak climbing around in Nepal and Tibet.
Sonam Sherpa had been working with Nepal Guide Treks and Expedition as soon as he got Government Authorization of High altitude Climbing and Trekking Guide having more than 10 years experience. He is originally from Solukhumbu (Everest Region), an entry point to explore the undefined beauty of Himalayas. After finishing his higher-level education, he decided to join this field. Turning the pages of his family background, almost all family members are involved in Travel and Tourism Business. His father is Mountaineering Guide and his mother is a hotelier. It may have been the motivating factor to choose this field.
He is fluent in speaking multi-languages like Nepali, English, Tibetan and Chinese. He is well aware of the Himalayan culture, lifestyle people and environment. He believes in making Guest happy and satisfied. His behaviour of benevolence has always been a plus point to our company. He is always complimented by our Guest.
He is originally from Solu District has to summit many times of highest mountain peaks. He is licensed from Ministry of Tourism of Nepal government as a Climbing Guide. He has more than 10 years of experience in this field. Giving out his passion he will lead and support you to complete your dream with minimum effort and unique experience in the Himalaya. Sherpa guides are intimately familiar with the mountains and routes they guide on as well as being well known within the mountaineering community for their hardiness, expertise, and experience at high altitudes.
Gelu grew up in Nepal, in the Solo Khumbu District, in Gorakhani. He is Thirty-five years old. His main dream was to become a good climbing guide and he has been putting lots of efforts for his dreams to come true. He is a person of great dedication and he is a real Guide by his natural characteristics. He is well-trained mountaineering rescue team member for the company. He started to work with us in 2008 as a Sherpa climbing support. Since that time he has learned so much and developed a lot. He is an unbelievably energetic person with a great desire to learn as much as possible using every day of his life for development. Now he is deep into climbing.
Dakipa Sherpa came from Solukhumbu district. He had climbed many different mountains, peaks, unclimbed mountains since 1997. He was born in 1975 from a mountaineering Sherpa family in Solukhumbu. Since 1997, he started working as a mountaineering section and then he started to work with Nepal Guide Treks and Expedition from 2009. Dakipa Sherpa well as mount Everest submitter. He is a technical witness skilled sherpa leader who leads the mountaineering for successful and safety submit climbing.
As his character: He is a very gentle, honest and friendly person.
Lakpa Sherpa is the local residence of Everest region Solukhumbu, he has started his adventure job since 1995 and has long-time experience in mountain climbing field in several Himalayan regions of Nepal and Tibet. He is an excellent technical mountaineering guide for our company – handling climbing and mountaineering. Mountaineering is his family profession. So, he starts work as a Climbing guide. Personally, he is very friendly and helpful and he loves to share his deep of knowledge about mountain among travellers to make their journey interesting and unforgettable.
Mr. Pradip Banjara became our team member since last eight years, he is from Gorkha (part of Manaslu Circuit) with his wonderful service towards the team and he is an expert flora and fauna as well as culture, nature, tradition and surrounded environment. His extensive experiences in high altitude, technical high passes trekking, timekeeping & cordial deeds are the focal instrumental for his success to give satisfaction to the clients and entertain the same from them.
He is highly expertise for any trip from a short excursion to long and challenges trekking on off beaten track. While handling the guest, optimum utilization of knowledge and capability in right way is his main feature.

Butwal a famous industrial area of Nepal is his birthplace, he has a keen interest in Trekking and Tourism field. That’s why he has been the part of our company for nine years.
He has been leading many groups to high altitude and technical high passes treks, Although his birthplace is in industrial Zone, he is well known about the culture, history, lifestyle, languages, environment, people and moreover skill to lead and guide a complicated group as well. His decade experience made him comfortable with any guest. His fluency in speaking and presenting himself in front of guest can make any guest happy and feel memorable all over trekking days. He is a confident, loyal and charming guide.
Mr Malla became our team member for the last nine years with his wonderful service towards the team which is really immense in order to boost up our team. Mr Mukesh came from Chitwan District in 2000. His idea is to be progressive like exploring new trekking areas and rivers, learning and improving in all possible. Mukesh Devkota leads most of the Nepal trekking routes. After gaining enough experience in this area he moved on to head of guest relation. He has already handled more sophisticated camping trips to lesser-visited regions of the country. His smile, wonderful sense of hospitality and confident of experience is sure to manage the guests, guides and porters. He has been working with us for the last 9 years. He is a licensed guide by the authority of Nepal government.
